Bevill State Community College is committed to maintaining a campus and workplace environment free from sexual harassment, sexual violence, and all forms of sex discrimination. In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities. All members of the College community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the rights and dignity of others, whether on College premises, at College-owned or sponsored off-campus locations, or while participating in any College program or activity.
