Bevill State Community College offers full-service training geared toward assisting companies in making sound investments in the training of employees.
Training for Existing Business and Industry courses can be conducted on site at Bevill State, on site at the company's facility or a combination of both. Courses are offered as credit-producing, stand-alone, or non-credit and are or customized to individual company need. Bevill State also partners with the Alabama Technology Network (ATN) and Alabama Industrial Development and Training (AIDT).
WorkKeys is a skills assessment system designed to help employers select, hire, train, develop, and retain a quality workforce. We offer 3 assessments to measure skills that employers have identified as essential to success in the workplace. WorkKeys is a powerful tool that helps students, job seekers, and professionals learn more about personal strengths and weaknesses. It also provides a valid way to demonstrate their abilities to employers.

WorkKeys® Job Profiling
Bevill State has an ACT licensed WorkKeys Job Profiler who works with business and industries to identify the skills and skill levels current and prospective employees need to be successful on the job. This allows individuals to compare their skill levels to those needed for jobs and employers to determine who is capable of on-the-job success. Trainers and trainees can make appropriate decisions about jobs, identify strengths, and set training goals.
